The Early Teens Chocolate Party begins with the kids learning about how chocolate is made, then tasting the difference between compound and couverture chocolate. The kids are then encouraged to get creative and mould the chocolates into great shapes including their own version of chocolate frogs, fish, freckles and more. A special box is given to each chocolatier so they can impress others with their creations. The birthday boy or girl then helps to demonstrate how filled chocolates are made and when they`re complete, can distribute them proudly among his or her friends.
