Learn To Fly A Helicopter (1hour), Moorabbin - Vic Description: This Introductory Helicopter flight is simply unbelievable. Even with no previous experience, you will have the opportunity to take full control of, and fly a real helicopter, now that is a rush! The experience starts with a briefing which introduces participants to the basic concepts of how a helicopter works, the use of elementary controls and safety procedures. Pre-flight briefings are conducted for approximately 20 minutes. At the completion of the pre-flight briefing the instructor will take participants out to a R22 or Hughes 300 helicopter where the hands on experience begins. For the next one hour participant will gradually learn to fly the helicopter with guidance from an instructor. The controls in a helicopter will be explained along with what they do. The helicopter is dual control and you will have a fully qualified and experienced pilot sitting next to you so although this is one of the most exciting experiences it is still extremely safe and you are in great hands.
