Bialetti Moka Espresso Perculator 12 Cup Description: The fabulous, unmistakable aroma of freshly ground coffee comes from the aromatic oils and vapours that are released as the coffee bean is ground. This Moka Express is manufactured by Bialetti, one of the top names in Italian housewares, and is the original Italian stove-top espresso coffee maker having been in production since the 1930`s. Very simple to use. The lower tank is filled with water and freshly ground coffee is leveled off in the filter funnel. Once screwed back together, it can be placed on a gas, ceramic, halogen or electric hobs. Wet steam will pass through the funnel and coffee grind into the upper pot.
