We will be looking for:

• Online ordering and security of credit card payment transactions. (Your site must offer a choice of payment options. Sites which only offer a single proprietary payments services such as PayPal as the only payment option will not be listed on ShopSafe AU).
• Delivery prices and information that is clearly displayed.
• A wide range of products, suitable for discerning consumers.
• Sites that are based in Australia (and display Australian contact details), deliver to Australia, and charge in Australian currency.
• Prominent display of customer service information.
• Good design, making the site quick to load and easy to use.
• A Privacy Policy. If you do not have a Privacy Policy you can adapt this one for your own use.
• Terms and Conditions must be clearly displayed
