What the Shocking Duel is all about...
There was a time when the most ridiculous party game you could play involved swallowing goldfish (seriously not recommended!) or who could forget the classic crushing cans against the forehead challenge.
Shocking Duel eliminates the need for such immature and destructive behaviour, replacing it with something equally immature, certainly more painful, yet strangely entertaining for innocent bystanders. Got an argument to settle? It's the last word in having the last word!
It's so simple, on so many levels. You and another brave opponent face-off by gripping the "joy"-sticks. Zing! Each of you gets their first shock. It's mild, but masochistic. A few moments later and along comes the next shock - only stronger. The longer you hold onto the handles, the more powerful the intermittent shocks become. (Who would have thought 3 AAA batteries could pump out a jolt like that?)
This game of nerves, guts and stupidity continues until one of you lets go, which results in the winner dancing around like a prize-fighter screaming "who da man, who DA MAN?!" – yes it hurts to lose, but not quite as much as the zap right? The other outcome is, you both hold on, until the game is over. Which then generally results in someone saying "OK, you win"...NOT! It generally results in someone shouting "Round 2!".
It's silly. It's pointless. And for those reasons alone - Shocking Duel is essential entertainment at your next party! In fact, it could be the whole excuse for your next party. So send out the invites, brace your buddies and order now. (Otherwise, we recommend you hide your goldfish.)
Product Specification
The Shocking Duel comprises of two shocking-joysticks, each requiring 3 x AAA batteries (not included). Each joystick is approximately 13 cm tall with a diameter of 10 cm at the base. The joysticks are joined via a 40 cm cable.When playing, the joysticks emit intermittent electric shocks of increasing strength until one of the contestants loses (releases their grip on the joystick handle).Warning: This is not a toy. This product emits an electric shock and is not recommended for children under 14 years of age. Not to be used by any person suffering from epilepsy, heart conditions or other related illness. This product may constitute a choking hazard due to small parts.
